Over the years, the Foundation – guardian of M.C. Escher’s universe – has been joined by two other entities that manage the artists intellectual property: M.C. Escher Heritage and M.C. Escher Company. These organisations operate in distinct but complementary areas: the conservation and management of an extensive collection of original works, the organisation of exhibitions, including digital ones, the printing of publications and merchandising, as well as other carefully selected high-quality initiatives to ensure the wider yet protected dissemination of M.C. Escher’s artistic heritage.
