International shipping

Transatlantic shipping of a product is quite expensive. Consequently, if you would order, say, only one poster, the shipping costs will exceed the cost of the poster itself. Ordering one or two more posters will not increase the shipping costs! The same applies to our other products and/or a combination of products. Feel free to try it out !

Handling

We try to process your order the next working day. Normally your order is ready for shipment within 1 or 2 business days.

By default we ship everything with the PostNL. The parcels are often handled by local partners like Hermes, USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail or LaPoste for example. Sometimes we use DHL or GLS for special destinations or insurance. You should receive an email from us with the correct tracking.

If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us before you place the order.

Customs

Please be aware that outside the European Union taxes or customs duties might be applied. This depends on the local regulations, amounts and sometimes even the mood of the customs officials. We do not apply those taxes beforehand but declare a value on the shipment. Please be aware that duties might need to be paid to receive the items.

Other shipping options

If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us before you place the order. We have good experiences with UPS ( express service ) but the prices are higher. We will have to make a quote for individual orders as prices vary.
